Arevkov, Oleg

Oleg Leonidovich Arevkov was born in 1967 in the Urals in the city of Kamensk-Uralsky, although his family at that time lived in the north in the Murmansk region. In 1988 he graduated from the Ural School of Applied Arts in the city of Nizhny Tagil, specializing in graphic design. But close communication with jewelers and stone cutters in the Ural city of craftsmen certainly did generate interest in stone and metal. In 2001 he graduated from the history department of the Ural State University. Oleg has been doing jewelry since 1991 and worked in jewelry companies of Yekaterinburg. His works were repeatedly awarded with diplomas of the Jeweler and Junwex exhibitions. In 2007 he was invited to work as the art director in the Moscow company “Adamas”. Currently he is a co-founder and a leading teacher of the School of Jewelery Craftsmanship in Moscow. Since 2016, she has been a member of the Creative Union of Artists of Decorative and Applied Arts.
