Zvolko, Elena

Elena Nikolaevna Tsvolko (Sinkevich) was born on December 5, 1973 in the city of Yantarny, Kaliningrad Region. During her school years, she practiced in a jewelry workshop at the amber plant (artistic and experimental department), where she learned jewelry art. She graduated from the Kaliningrad Lyceum of Fashion, specializing in “Fashion designer of women’s clothing”. After working as a cutter in an atelier, she returned to the art of jewelry. In 2001 she returned to the amber plant to master the art of amber carving. She considers her father, Lis E.A., Krasavtsev F.A., Gradinarov E., Romanenko L.N., and other people faith had brought her together to be her teachers. The high quality of work, combined with the individuality of each stone, experimentation in creativity is confirmed by numerous diplomas and certificates of Russian and international exhibitions. In the concept of regional branding of Kaliningrad, which promotes the amber industry, Elena participates in the “Fair of Masters” in the courtyard of the Amber Museum, demonstrating the most diverse range of methods for processing amber. She conducts master classes in the Kaliningrad professional, art-industrial lyceum No. 10 on the technique of carving, the creation of sculptural and floristic forms. Her works are in the collection of the Kaliningrad Regional Amber Museum, the Museum of the Amber Combine, and in private collections. Member of the Creative Union of Artists of Russia (2003), the Kaliningrad Guild of Amber Craftsmen (2018), the Creative Union of Artists of Decorative and Applied Arts (2019).
